Rees Clark has had a varied career in government, education and private industry.
A 1965 graduate of UCLA, he earned a doctorate in geography from The Pennsylvania State University and worked as a college professor for several years. From 1980 to 1987 he was a technology consultant and manager for a US computer services firm.
